SMW. It had massive replay value, great gameplay, a nice mix of simple an challenging levels, and a variety of enemies that make the game just a perfect difficulty.

This is hard. I think SMW, SMS, and SMG. I'm afraid I'm no going to be able to vote here.

I had a bit of trouble with Ludwig's castle and just basically put it down, after awhile(last year), I played it again.. finally got past Ludwig's Castle and the rest of the game was both hard and fun..

I've gotten all 96 goals, by the way.
